A professional, comprehensive Tech Pack is the single most important factor in determining the success of your sample. 1. Visual Design & Construction Details

Vector Flat Sketches

Provide clear, 2D vector sketches of the front, back, and side views. As specialized custom clothing manufacturers, we need line drawings to understand the structural silhouette. Be sure to highlight unique paneling, pocket placements, and any non-standard seam constructions.

Detail Callouts (Close-ups)

If your streetwear piece includes complex drawstring hardware, custom zipper pulls, or specialized reinforcement (such as flatlock or triple-needle stitching), provide close-up images. This helps our pattern makers replicate your creative vision precisely, preventing errors in the initial prototype.

2. Bill of Materials (BOM)

Fabric Specifications

Clearly state the fabric composition (e.g., 100% Cotton), weight (e.g., 500GSM), and knit type (e.g., Brushed Fleece or French Terry). For private label clothing manufacturers, accurate fabric data is the foundation of the "streetwear feel." Trims and Hardware

List every zipper, button, webbing, and aglet. Specify colors (ideally using Pantone TCX codes) and material types. Streetwear brands often have high standards for metal hardware texture; defining these details in the Tech Pack significantly reduces our sourcing time.

3. Size Specifications & Artwork Placement

Comprehensive Size Chart

Provide measurements for all key points, including chest, body length, drop-shoulder width, and cuff circumference. Since streetwear often involves Oversize or Boxy Fits, clearly label your fit intentions. Vainnx will use this data to develop an accurate paper pattern within our 5-working-day window.

Graphics, Embroidery & Labeling

Specify the dimensions, colors, and exact coordinates for all prints or embroidery. Don't forget the positioning for main labels, care labels, and hangtags.
